Michelle was born a problem solver! Helping to shape Kiwi businesses for more than 18 years, she has a passion for business start-ups, operations, efficiencies, change management, and training.
With a reputation for untangling complex business issues, Michelle is quick to identify the cause and identify long-term, cost-effective solutions.
Michelle has worked in senior corporate roles and managed small businesses – with a particular interest in the service industry. So she has been there, lived the life and deeply gets what business entails. Her skill sets involve delving into the culture of a workplace, finding ways to improve and draw-out the best engagement from a team.
